Checking in on Snoop Dogg's cool new collection with famed California footwear brand Sketchers

You never forget your favourite sneakers, the classics that stand the test of time. West Coast hip-hop icon and legendary entertainer Snoop Dogg holds a special place in his heart (and footwear rotation) for Skechers, the California-based footwear brand and Fortune 500 company, and the classics are better than ever before with Snoop's recently launched collection with Skechers.

The offering, available online and at select Skechers retail stores, features three capsules and nine highly distinctive, Snoop Dogg-inspired-and-approved sneakers fit for centre stage (and everywhere else). Skechers is no stranger to partnering with high-performing superstars in the worlds of fashion, music, sports and entertainment: Everyone from Ringo Starr and the Rolling Stones to Wayne Gretzky and Snoop Dogg pal Martha Stewart have rocked Skechers.

Skechers and Snoop have a long-running history, including a 2023 Super Bowl commercial starring the “Gin and Juice” rapper. And as far back as 2004, the Skechers Stamina was a Snoop Dogg staple around the release of his acclaimed platinum record Rhythm and Gangsta: The Masterpiece. Among other super-fresh sneakers, the new Skechers x Snoop Dogg Collection nods to that time with a vibrant, throwback homage to a classic via the Skechers Stamina Snoop 91.
