‘
NET: Kindly brief us about your background.
Ankur Pansari: I am a postgraduate in management studies and belong to a family which is very closely knit and ruled by the family traditions and values of the Indian culture. Growing up seeing my father working tirelessly to establish institutions of repute in the region, entrepreneurship runs in my blood.
NET: How did the idea of venturing into the world of education cropped in?
Ankur Pansari: Education is the most important building block of national development as it shapes societies and countries and has the power to change and improve the world. I am happy that I have a small but meaningful role to play in steering the future of our country.
NET: Kindly tell us about the journey so far.
Ankur Pansari: The journey so far is filled with many challenges but it has been a progressive one. From 2009 to 2017, in 8 years many milestones have been achieved. The greatest transition has been that of the institute turning into a university and we are overwhelmed to start with its first batch of students from this scholastic year, i.e. July 2017. It’s not that we have had a cake walk all through. There have been many stumbling blocks on the way, but a dedicated team work of the employees under the vision of the management, the journey so far has been a very successful one. We had started with 9 courses in year 2009 and now we have expanded to 55 courses under the university system.
