AARON CONTINUES MALDON'S HEROICS

The visitors could be forgiven for feeling a little hard done by so far in 2020 after their Isthmian North season was curtailed in March with the club seemingly heading for promotion.

They also made it to the second round of the FA Cup where they lost to a late goal against Newport County.

As a result of their success, manager Wayne Brown saw a number of his Jammers’ squad cherrypicked by other clubs, leaving him to assemble an entirely new squad for this year’s campaign.

Despite this, the visitors started the brighter with the impressive forward Shomari Barnwall nearly taking advantage of a poor back pass.
