The Andhra Pradesh High Court has ordered the seizure of the premises of LG Polymers plant in Visakhapatnam, in the case related to the gas leak which claimed 12 lives. No LG official is allowed to enter the premises and the directors of the South Korean company have been barred from leaving the country, according to a PTI report from Amaravati.
The court has ordered the company’s directors not to leave India without its permission. The authorities have also been directed not to release their passports without the permission of the court.
