Go speed racer Karting enthusiasts at the track large sheets, along with the terms of agreement, is making me feel otherwise. The ECR Speedway is nestled in the vast expanse of empty roads. The Speedway is not a new entrant into the racing scene in Chennai. It is in fact, almost seven years old. Except now, from the past three years, the speedway has changed hands and attained a new personality under the name of R-Factor Institute of Motorsports, whose managing director is city-based professional race car driver, Raghul Rangaswamy.
