Mumbai: The state government also appointed Pradip Gharat as special public prosecutor to represent the police in the case.
“Earlier, we had arrested 104 people on Friday. Six more were later arrested and four of them are suspected to have carried out recce of Silver Oak’s neighbourhood,” said a senior police officer.
The police have collected blood samples of 87 men to establish if they were under influence of alcohol. 87 of those arrested are men and 23 are women. “We have also seized some of the accused’s mobile phones and will examine those,” the officer added.
