Mumbai: The National Medical Commission (NMC) has issued a warning to students against seeking admission in medical colleges in China. A few thousand Indian candidates head to China each year to pursue medicine. In a notice NMC issued, it has stated that Chinese colleges are wooing students and issuing admission letters for the upcoming MBBS programme. NMC, though, has alerted aspirants that China currently has travel restrictions in place and medical courses taught online will not be recognised in India.
