Since children spend a large chunk of time concentrating and active in school, it follows that their bodies require the right nutrients to provide the high energy levels they need to keep them active, healthy, focussed and strong. A healthy diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables, as well as protein will go a long way to boosting their performance at school.

FRUIT AND OLIVE OIL (No, not together!)
Fruit to start the day is healthy for children as it provides a boost of vitamins and minerals, as well as fibre. A plate of nicely sliced mixed fruit drizzled with organic honey is a colourful feast for children’s eyes as well as appetising and delicious for them to eat.
