Pregnancy Niggles Sorted

Just saw those two lines on the home pregnancy test? That is super exciting if you have been planning the pregnancy, or overwhelming if you have been caught by surprise. The very first thing that you experience during your pregnancy is the huge wave of emotions. Understandably, as this is a life-changing event, and something which brings with it happiness and joy—but at the same time a lot of responsibilities. Besides, these emotions are also fuelled by those pregnancy hormones. Hence, don’t be surprised if you find yourself excited one minute, weepy the next and anxious in the third. All this is very normal and expected during pregnancy.

The very first change that most women look for is changes in the abdomen. Most women keep checking their silhouette in the mirror to see if they are showing right from the very beginning. Some even feel that their clothes are snug and they cannot button up their jeans. Well this really does not happen.

The baby is as tiny as a grain and the uterus is deep down in the pelvic cavity, thus ensuring that your waistline is still, very much intact. But surprisingly you may start experiencing some back ache. Everyone knows that back ache happens during pregnancy due to the changing posture, but very few expect it to start right in the very beginning, and this happens due to the hormonal changes.
