Help!
Feast Magazine|January 2020
Dear Doc DidoyI’m forty-four years old now, a company executive, diagnosed with hypertension three years ago. In my recent annual physical examination, the doctor noted an increased level of blood sugar. I feel so down with the news that I’m hypertensive and diabetic at the same time. Is there anything I can do? I don’t want to take medicines for the rest of my life. Best regards, Rose

There is hope. As a holistic doctor, I believe in treating the root causes to have long-term wellness. Understand why you are sick and seem to be getting worse. I believe that we have the capability to heal naturally. Listen to your body. What do you need to get well?
