Who doesn’t want to ride further, faster and more efficiently? An e-bike will enable you to do all of those things and still be able to get up the next day and do it all again if you so wish.
The rise of the e-bike is one of the fastest-growing phenomena to hit cycling over the past couple of years. While they will always have their detractors, more and more of us are becoming aware of the positive benefits of the e-bike. Even at the top level of our sport e-bikes have their place. At the Tour de France this year both the Bora- Hansgrohe and Deceuninck-Quick Step teams chose to ride e-bikes during one of the rest days, and Geraint Thomas has been quoted as thinking e-bikes are “a good thing”.
