Home videos and vlogging have become the mainstay of content creation and nobody can dispute the role of good quality audio in any video footage. If you are a video content creator, you would understand the struggle with recording voice-overs without the recording device picking up ambient noise. The Mirfak Audio WE10 is a compact dual channel wireless recording system that can be used as an auxiliary recording device in conjunction with your camera or smartphone or as a standalone recording device.

The recording system consists of a recorder/ transmitter, a receiver, a lavalier microphone, a 3.5mm three-pole jack to connect with the camera and a furry windshield. The devices can be charged using the supplied USB Type-C cable. The recorder has a power button, a Stop/Record switch, a 3.5mm microphone jack, a MicroSD card slot and a USB Type-C charging slot in addition to an internal microphone. This device also has LED indicators for charging, line and recording. Though the package includes a lavalier microphone, you can use any external microphone with this device. The recorder includes a clip for attaching it to your clothes or other surfaces.

The receiver also has a similar form factor with an identical clip that can be attached to the accessory shoe of a camera or any flat surface. This device includes a status monitor that indicates battery life, wireless connection strength, sound level and frequency. The buttons include power, gain (dB), mute and low-cut. It includes a 3.5mm microphone jack, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB Type-C charging slot. The build quality appeared satisfactory for the job.
