We’ve found the workout that carves a supermodel physique in record time

But we won’t because the space would be better-filled with a boxing workout. And who better to guide us through the basics than Antoine Dunn – a trainer at boxing studio Kobox (and model Jourdan Dunn’s brother … and yes, she works out at Kobox, too)? Once you’ve finished all five moves, rest for a minute before repeating twice more. It’s tough – but it’ll get you seriously fit.
STEP 1
HIGH KNEE AND PUNCH
TARGETS Glutes, thighs, biceps, back
1 Start with feet together, fists clenched in front of your chin.
2 Pump up with your right knee. Your back should be straight and chest up.
3 Punch with your left hand, and pull it back to your chin as your right foot returns to the floor.
4 Repeat on the other side, lifting left knee and punching with right hand.
5 Continue alternating for 45 seconds.
