You and Guy are both looking healthier and fitter than ever - what was the motivation to kick-start your health?

The motivation came from us realising that we could do better with our health and fitness. We felt that it was time to do something about it. I knew that I was being lazy when it came to my eating (eating whatever I wanted whenever I wanted to eat it!), and I was doing nothing active to move my body. Enough was enough, so we both just decided one day to make our health a priority.

How do you keep your boys active, healthy and happy? Have they jumped on the health kick too?
