The presenter has shed the pounds by taking inspiration from fitness fanatic daughter Chloe.
Judy Finnigan stunned the nation when it was revealed that she had lost an impressive five stone last January – and got us all wondering just how she did it.
However, throughout the year the 70-year-old’s weight slowly began to creep back on, with Judy appearing to fall back into her bad habits.
But Woman can exclusively reveal that the star has got her diet back on track, dropped down to a size 10 to 12, and is thought to have lost an astonishing four stone!
‘Judy has really turned a corner in her life over the last couple of years. The changes she has made have been fundamental lifestyle issues, not some faddy diet. It’s no exaggeration to say this has changed her life, especially since she’s wearing a size 10 to 12,’ a friend close to the TV presenter tells us.
DITCHING BAD HABITS
Judy’s daughter Chloe madeley previously revealed that the secret behind her mother’s staggering weight loss was switching her rather carb-heavy diet to something much lighter and healthier.
