Loose lady Andrea McLean broke down in tears live on air as she opened up about a scary and difficult emotional battle.

The TV star then revealed that she’d been in such a bad place at the time, a close friend – shocked by her out-of-character behaviour – had begged her to get help. But as the former weather presenter remembered the difficult time, she suddenly broke down in tears.

Her emotional outburst happened as she talked openly about her battle with postnatal depression.

‘When you come to work you put your best face on, and you present your best possible self, whereas you kind of keep hidden something that might be bothering you,’ she said.
