Much has been made of Coleen Nolan’s new man - the Mr Nice Guy Next Door who’s put the sparkle back in her smile. Recently, he – Michael Jones, a supermarket logistics manager – even made an appearance on Loose Women to a chorus of giggling and gushing, where he revealed he’s been nicknamed Mr Hollywood at work for dating a TV star.
But while there may be sparks in the bedroom, it seems that Coleen, who met Michael, 58, on Tinder, is having second thoughts about the relationship, as she confesses to panicking at the idea of commitment. Speaking about the idea of moving in together, she says, ‘Sometimes, I think we should, then an hour later I’ll have palpitations and think, “Maybe not.”’
COMMITMENT ISSUES
Although it has been three years since her divorce from her ex-husband Ray Fensome, with whom she has a daughter, Ciara, 19, Coleen still bears the scars of their break-up. A source told Woman’s Own that the idea of commitment sends the presenter’s mind into a spin. ‘Coleen has been breaking out in cold sweats about committing, and it’s not the menopause, she doesn’t want to be hurt again and that’s the bottom line.’
