Lemon choux cake

SERVES 6

A decadent dessert that’s perfect for sharing and looks like it’s come straight out of a French patisserie.

YOU WILL NEED

85g whole milk

85g butter

Pinch of salt

1tsp caster sugar

110g plain flour

3 large eggs, beaten

450ml whipping cream

1tbsp icing sugar, plus extra to dust

1tsp vanilla extract, optional

½ jar of lemon curd (approx 200g)
