The Loose Women took part in a special dry January workout, but Coleen mistook the memo – instead of bringing a bottle of wine for an exercise prop, she came out dressed in a grape outfit! The panel couldn’t stop laughing, with Kaye Adams likening her to haemorrhoids. ‘If you’ve got green haemorrhoids then you need to go,’ Coleen replied.

Viewers discovered that Nadia Sawalha doesn’t own a key to her home. She explained, ‘If there’s nobody in when I get home I have to sit on the step...’ And then Stacey admitted she didn’t have one either!

KAYE’S GOGGLES IN SHOWER TIP

On a show full of useful life hacks, Kaye Adams revealed how she preserves her make-up to cut her morning routine from 45 minutes to 2.5 minutes. Carol McGiffin claimed, ‘You wear goggles in the shower to preserve it!’ Forcing Kaye to come clean, ‘I do. I don’t know why the rest of the world doesn’t do it as well.’
