"I was doing Workout 101 for years - treadmill, elliptical, weights,” Jon admits. Defying the rocker stereotype by looking much younger than his 59 years, the father-of-four thought it was time to change it up a few years ago, telling Men's Health, “Now I'm going to do yoga. I went for my first time and I enjoyed it. I'm a 21st-century man.” But foodwise, Jon doesn't deprive himself of the naughty stuff. The only time you'll hear him refer to "health” is while promoting his rosé label, Hampton Water, encouraging fans to serve themselves a "healthy pour” of the drop. At one point, the Livin' On A Prayer singer had his own beef burger at Umami Burger chains, laden with American cheese, Kewpie mayo and feta crumble. Bet he does double yoga after eating those!
