And while she’s since endlessly praised her new quiet existence in Bowral, Sam, 44, has sparked whispers all may not be as idyllic as it seems, after she quietly bought a $1.5 million apartment in the heart of Sydney last week.
Talking to Woman’s Day, an insider close to her camp says the former Sunrise host was getting “itchy feet” in the countryside and was missing the cosmopolitan life she once had.
