Those women, who work for six to seven hours sitting on the table chairs in the office, are troubled by the same diseases that chain smokers (excessive cigarette smokers) bother men. These diseases are: obesity, blood pressure, an increase of fat on the waist and buttocks, dangerous levels of cholesterol and digestive-related diseases.
According to a report published a few days ago in a reputed newspaper, the problem of the sitting syndrome is being seen more in women employees than in men. Male employees often roam outside the office during breaks, but female employees sit in the office due to insecurities to go out.
