The XX models are both defined by a fixed rear wing - a first for Ferrari since the F50 in the nineties. It's balanced by a larger diffuser and an F1-inspired twin S-duct, plus wheelarch louvres at the front and rear. The result is 530kg of downforce at 155mph.
A new active aerodynamic device at the rear, called a 'shut-off Gurney', can be deployed to reduce drag, allowing both models to hit 199mph.
Both the XX Stradale and Spider use an optimised version of the SF90's plug-in hybrid powertrain, featuring a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 and a 7.9kWh battery feeding three electric motors. Zero-emissions range stands at 15.5 miles.
A total of 1,015bhp (30bhp more than the standard SF90) is available in the Qualifying driving mode, which gives access to Ferrari's Extra Boost function.
This maximum power output results in a 2.3-second 0-62mph time for the SF90 XX Stradale. The car will also sprint from 0-124mph in 6.5 seconds, while these times are 2.3 seconds and 6.7 seconds respectively for the SF90 XX Spider.
