What triggered your interest in the hospitality industry? Where did it all begin?
My interest in the hospitality industry was sparked by the influence of my school friends who were passionate about pursuing careers in this field. Initially, I had aspirations in the fields of medicine and sports, but the enthusiasm and dedication of my friends intrigued me. This curiosity led me to explore the world of hospitality. After completing my education at the Institute of Hotel Management, I embarked on my professional journey in 1997. I had the opportunity to work with prestigious establishments such as The Imperial New Delhi, Radisson New Delhi, The Oberoi New Delhi, and InterContinental Hotels & Resorts before joining Shangri-La Eros New Delhi.
