Looking back, if you had to pen down your top 3 learnings from 2022, what would they be?
The pandemic laid a rough patch for businesses and the Indian footwear industry in 2021 and 2022 witnessed the rise of the post-pandemic era. The learnings we learnt from the entire period are:
- Adapting to changing work dynamics post covid to increase productivity & capitalize on business opportunities
- Create a healthy work life balance. It is important to have an early start to the day so that you can prioritize time for the team members & your own fitness activities
- Need to build agility into all processes to accommodate eventualities a speed-driven culture greatly benefits your business.Aculture driven by speed does not have to sacrifice quality. In fact, a speed-driven culture can benefit every facet of your business
What is the vision 2023 for your brand?
The first step is to build on our premium positioning in the market across our brands and concepts including the scaling of retail and digital footprint across all tiers and categories and exploring opportunities in cities where our stores are currently not present.
We are looking forward to building the athleisure segment, especially with our recent acquisition of FILA and Proline. This has been a whitespace for us and will be a fantastic addition to our already versatile portfolio.
