Beaten to death over cat's vet bill

DIRTY dog Barton Seltmann beat his wife to death in Pennsylvania during a hissy fit over their cat's veterinarian bills, lawmen say.

According to authorities, Seltmann, 84, called 911 himself to report his spouse, Margaret, 85, was unresponsive and was promptly collared.

A police report claims officers found the battered woman "obviously deceased" from blunt force injuries and says the surly suspect had "blood on his hands, face and clothing." Detectives determined the squabbling seniors clashed over the cost of care for their kitty-then their fight turned physical.
