Doc blows whistle on Kardashians' nip/tuck reality

THE worst-kept secret in Tinseltown is the Kardashian clan's been a boon to plastic surgeons. Now Dr. Andrew Peredo, a New York-based nip/tucker-to-the-stars, reveals what the family members have had done. While all have had help to look plastic fantastic, the Skinfluence Clinic cosmetic surgery specialist says 68-year old momager Kris Jenner holds the family crown, estimating she's blown an unreal six figures on her looks. Here's his take on the gang.

KHLOE KARDASHIAN, 39 

Khloé has admitted to a nose job and Botox, but Peredo believes she's also "had work to her lips, jawline and eyes." He puts "her up with mom Kris" as far as likely work done, including "fillers to augment the cheekbones and jawline." He notes "her jawline appears a lot more chiseled" due to fillers to tighten the skin or a little bit of liposuction. Her eyes "do look like they are a little bit more lifted in the corners to give her a more exotic or cat-eye look."

KIM KARDASHIAN, 43
