She has been a famous singer life, travelling the world to thrill audiences with her soulful voice.
But Mica Paris is never happier than when she is performing in front of intimate audiences in her home city of London.
And this month, she is doing just that, putting on two shows at upmarket club Upstairs at Langan's in Mayfair.
"I like doing stuff that makes it feel as though you're in my living room," Mica tells HELLO! in this exclusive interview.
The idea came about when she was trying to find the perfect venue for a live night to introduce new artists to her audience, following the success of her BBC Radio 2 show Soul Solutions.
"I wanted to bring it all back," she says. "I felt as though London had lost that impromptu thing where you just walk into anywhere and hear some great vibe."
HOME FROM HOME
When someone suggested the private members' bar upstairs at famous restaurant Langan's Brasserie once owned by Sir Michael Caine - she recalled meeting her great friend Natasha, daughter of the Alfie actor, at the venue for regular lunches when they were younger.
