But her protective hubby, Prison Break star Dominic Purcell, 54, is suspicious of his motives and trying to slow Billy's roll, sources tell The National ENQUIRER.
"Dominic doesn't believe Billy Ray is genuinely sorry for the way he's treated Tishhe thinks it's just an act and he has no time for it," says a snitch.
