The 55-year-old first-term Republican from Georgia and his 53-year-old lover ― who represents Texas' 24th legislative district - jetted off to Cabo San Lucas while McCormick's oncologist wife, Debra Miller, plotted her next legal move stateside.
"I'm sure the children and his lawyer will be disappointed," Miller told The ENQUIRER when confronted with an exclusively obtained photo of her husband and Van Duyne during their jolly jaunt South of the Border.
