RUTH LANGSFORD

The last year has been tough for Ruth – her split from Eamonn Holmes will have been extremely painful. She’s carried a lot of burdens on her own but she’s beginning to realise that she can ask for help and be supported by those around her.

There’s going to be some big changes for Ruth this year. She’ll find a new relationship, continue with her glow-up and there’ll be exciting job opportunities coming her way.

THE DUKE & DUCHESS OF SUSSEX

The couple are really looking at their long-term goals and trying to establish where their future lies and what new opportunities they could grasp. There’s a turning point ahead in 2025. They’re going to move overseas and that will close this current chapter. Harry will try to rebuild bonds with his family, but it won’t be easy and they will need to work as a team.

MOLLY-MAE HAGUE

Molly-Mae has been feeling anxious and spent a lot of 2024 worrying about the future. But she’s got an opportunity to put down stable roots and begin planning for her future with her daughter. There won’t be a reconciliation with Tommy Fury, but she’ll be open to finding love again.

She’ll need to concentrate on rest and self-care for the first part of the year before she can grow and flourish in love later on.
