Reality star Lauren Goodger has exclusively revealed that she lost three stone in weight last year following the tragic death of her newborn daughter. The former TOWIE regular told new that the stress she suffered after losing baby Lorena left her unable to eat.
But she has regained a stone after giving her diet an overhaul and admits that her mental health is now much better.
She said, “I lost nearly three stone after I lost Lorena because of the stress. I didn’t eat. I’m now eating again and I’ve put a stone back on because I’m being more healthy.
