KING CHARLES
It was a very busy week for the King as he not only led the royal family at key Remembrance events in London, but also marked his 76th birthday on Thursday.
On Monday, the monarch welcomed King Hamad Bin Isa AI Khalifa of Bahrain to Windsor Castle to mark his Silver Jubilee. Wednesday saw King Charles, a champion of the arts, host a reception at Buckingham Palace to mark the centenary of The Film And TV Charity.
The King and Queen met Wolf Hall actor Damian Lewis and director Ridley Scott. The glamour continued into the evening when the King attended the premiere of Gladiator II in Leicester Square, where he met actors Pedro Pascal and Denzel Washington.
On his big day on Thursday, King Charles chatted to pupils from Rye Oak Primary School when he opened the first Coronation Food Hub in Deptford, south London, as well as virtually opening a second in Merseyside.
Rounding off his busy week, the King spent Friday at the Commando Training Centre Royal Marines in Devon and met trainees and instructors.
QUEEN CAMILLA
Despite still recovering from a chest infection, Queen Camilla joined a reception for the Booker Prize Foundation at Clarence House on Tuesday. She is pictured with writers Yael van der Wouden, Rachel Kushner, Anne Michaels, Charlotte Wood, Percival Everett and Samantha Harvey, who won the prize this year
