Ever wondered how celebrities seem to look younger the older they get? Luckily, more and more stars are opening up about their beauty secrets, from at-home routines to aesthetic tweakments.

So why the turnaround? Thankfully, nowadays there’s less shame associated with beauty treatments, and it’s no longer thought of as “cheating”. But remember, hype around a celebrity’s favourite trick or treatment doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s right for you, so always do your own research before making a decision.

JENNIFER ANISTON
Beauty secret: Peptide injections
The 54-year-old actress swears by weekly injections of peptides.
WHAT IS IT?
Peptide injections are designed to add radiance and plumpness to the skin. But while the jabs might be gaining in popularity in Hollywood, you won’t find a dermatologist to administer them in the UK. Peptides are still undergoing research here.
COST: About £350 per treatment.
