I think that DAYS’s Judi Evans [Bonnie] is a national treasure. I have watched her on every soap she has been on, but I want to say something about her right now on DAYS. I love that she can play Bonnie very Adrienne-like and then also packs in that delicious Bonnie wackiness. She needs a full-time story, and since Wally Kurth [Justin] splits his time with GH, where he plays Ned (and by the way, is doing the best work of his career), she needs to be integrated fully. GONE TOO SOON
I was really bummed at the way DAYS’s Chloe and Xander ended (although their final scenes were beautifully performed). To me they were one of the most charming, fun and sexy couples I’ve been excited about in a long time on DAYS. The worst part of all is the surprise departure of Chloe! She has always been a favorite of mine, and I really hope that we will see her return soon — maybe bringing with her son Parker and sister Joy, and letting her have a new gig as a singer?
