Javas wants change

Javas lands a big case, but it’s not without complications, that’s for sure!

Being employed is a privilege, but after a while, being stagnant in one position can get quite boring and frustrating – and this is the reality Javas (Thapelo Aphiri) is facing in his career now. “He’s always been just an ordinary police officer, and if you look back, Javas has never really landed a tough case or led a complicated investigation – nothing!” Thapelo says.

It’s no surprise that Javas decides to better himself in his field. “But he is met with great disappointment,” Thapelo says. “I won’t spill the beans on what he tries to do to climb the ladder and how he gets disappointed, but as you can expect, Javas doesn’t let this minor setback stop him from trying to be more,” he adds.

Javas is tired of being thought of as a cop who is always too late at a crime scene, gets distracted by a woman, or simply a cop nobody takes seriously because he’s always close to a crime but never solves it. But this new Javas is determined to prove everyone wrong and make a name for himself in the police department.
