It was a very stylish walk down memory lane for retired supermodel Megan Gale last week, when she returned to the catwalk after 15 long years to celebrate her former employer's 185th birthday.
Dusting off her runway heels to open the David Jones Autumn/Winter show as part of the Melbourne Fashion Festival, Gale, 47, said "it feels like it was yesterday" when she was modelling for the brand.
"The combination of it being such a milestone birthday for David Jones, myself being so involved and connected to a part of their history... meant that it truly felt like it was just the right time to return," Gale told Harper's Bazaar Australia.
