There have been countless bizarre theories, rumoured sightings and TV dramas surrounding the disappearance of British aristocrat Lord Lucan 50 years ago this week.
Now, BBC2's intriguing threepart documentary, Lucan, follows the investigations of builder Neil Berriman, who has been seeking the truth for nearly 20 years - and he's convinced he's found the peer (AKA Richard John Bingham, the 7th Earl of Lucan) living in Australia.
Berriman is the son of Sandra Rivett, the Lucan family's nanny, who was bludgeoned to death with a lead pipe on 7 November 1974, the same night that Lucan vanished.
