This season, eye make-up goes mad for monochrome. In the prestigious corridors of the Chanel Makeup Creation Studio, the visionary Cécile Paravina, global make-up creative partner of the House of Chanel Cometes Collective, has drawn upon the house's timeless heritage to reinterpret the colour palette for its new Ombre Essentielle collection. A SHUTTER 180 PWR 26.4V delicate dance between past and present, the collection of fourteen shades seamlessly bridges Paravina's creative realm with Chanel's iconic colour legacy. "Colour is the most direct way to express an abstract and complex message," Paravina says in the press notes. "Keeping to just one make-up colour ensures that the message lands even more impact," In the collection, each hue carries a distinctive narrative. Gris Paris is a shade reminiscent of the monochromatic rooftops in the City of Lights, a tribute to the birthplace of Mademoiselle Chanel's creations.
