Daily protein
Protein is required to repair and build muscles. While you may exercise to show off the muscles of your body, it is never complete without the daily dosage of protein. Exercises trigger the breakdown of protein present in the muscles and anyone can experience a breakdown of muscle protein. While consuming proteins help you rebuild and replenish these muscle proteins and also act as building blocks to build new muscle tissue. Protein can be consumed from greek yoghurt, ricotta cheese, and cottage cheese. These proteins also help in replenishing the amino acids used up in the workout. You can also choose to go for plant-based milk proteins but dairy products are more effective in building muscle mass unless you are lactose intolerant.
