MYLEENE KLASS
It’s been almost two decades since she hit headlines in that iconic white bikini in the I’m a Celebrity jungle, but Myleene looks just as good now. The 46-year-old has had three kids, but you wouldn’t know it thanks to her toned stomach and, luckily for us, her workout routine doesn’t require an expensive gym membership.
Clearly skipping isn’t just for children in the playground, as Myleene credits the exercise – which targets all areas of the body and can burn up to 20 calories per minute – for keeping her in shape. ‘It’s an amazing full-body workout… I don’t think there’s any exercise that can beat it,’ she said.
