Shri Shukdevji said, "O King, the Gopis could not stop their strong desire for 'Krishna Darshan' and in 'Suswara' (sweet melody) they cried, "We don't have a strong desire, so we don't get Krishna Darshan."" For the Gopis, Bhagwan Shree Krishna appeared smiling with a garland of fire flowers, dressed in yellow robes, looking very attractive. The Gopis' eyes were laden with love and bliss.
One Gopi caught His leg so that He would not run away again, one took His hand and kept it on her shoulder, one spread her stole for Him to sit on, and one gave Him betel nut and paan leaves to chew on.
They all became mad in love with Him. Bhagwan said, "I cannot repay for your selfless love, service and sacrifice. I will always be indebted to you." //10.32.22//. After that, there was 'Maharaas.' Bhagwan Shree Krishna was decorated among the groups of divine Gopis for the divine group dance.
Shree Shukdevji said, "Parikshit, that divine music and divine dance is still going on, a true devotee can see it and hear it." He said, "The destiny of the Gopis is bigger than even that of Goddess Laxmi. As a little child plays with his own shadow, so too Bhagwan, being in everyone's heart, played with the Gopis as if He was playing with His own shadow. He also played with them in the waters of the Yamuna river."
