The inspiration for this home in Kochi designed by Priya Rose and Rahul Mathew of Workers of Art, is engrained in the homeowner’s travels across the Italian countryside as a boy.
Influenced by his narration of the architectural details bookmarked in memory, combined with a yearning to rediscover his cultural roots in Kochi, this home manifests an ensemble of aspirations.
Perched on the 14th floor and surrounded by unending views overlooking the backwaters and the fishing village of Kumbalangi, the homeowners Mr. Maijo and his wife Sasi Maijo had a clear idea about what they wanted.
