Tucked away in the serene Novena neighbourhood is this 3,400 sq ft abode, which recently underwent a remarkable transformation under the expert hand of interior design firm Another Level.

The scope of the works for the 25-year-old home was extensive, involving a makeover for both the exterior and interior spaces, as well as various architectural alterations.

Another Level was tasked with the fit-out jobs for all the doors, the stone countertops, and the carpentry work. The firm also played a key role in designing and suggesting finishes for the entire exterior of the property.

EXPANDED FUNCTIONALITY

The clients' initial brief involved refurbishing and maximising the built-up area to create more liveable space. To achieve this, the firm engaged an architect to explore the possibilities of expanding the built-up area and handled the necessary submissions to the authorities. The result was the addition of a master bedroom with an attached bathroom and a new patio area, transforming the home's functionality and aesthetic appeal.
