What is the mission of Energy Outreach Colorado? Our mission is to ensure that all Coloradans can afford their home energy costs. We offer bill-payment assistance that helps prevent Colorado families from losing their electric or gas service, and we also provide energyefficiency upgrades for multifamily affordable-housing buildings and single-family homes. We subscribe qualifying households to community solar gardens, which extend solar power to multiple homes and can reduce energy costs by over half each month. Our educational programs explain how people can proactively implement energy-conservation practices and modify their homes to help lower costs.
