A network in MOURNING - NETWORK 10 STARS LEAN ON EACH OTHER AFTER TRAGIC DEATH

After a tumultuous few months that has included staff resignations and show cancellations, Network 10’s stable of stars have been dealt their toughest blow yet – the tragic loss of one of their own.

The network are rallying around each other to grieve the loss of former star presenter, Jesse Baird, who was killed alongside his partner Luke Davies. The men were last seen on Monday, February 19.

Sarah Harris and Narelda Jacobs both broke down in tears while reporting the tragic events.

Speaking out on The Project, Sarah recalled how her Studio 10 colleague Jesse, 26, would light up the newsroom.

“It’s been a really hard week for a lot of us right across the network. It’s hard to even talk about Jesse in the past tense,” Sarah said, calling him a “big talent”.
