NOTHING WENT TO PLAN ON THEIR SPECIAL DAY

Luckily Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck had already legally wed in their drive-through Las Vegas wedding last month, as their big Southern nuptials for friends and family was almost a bust!

Wearing a stunning Ralph Lauren wedding gown with an impressively long train, J.Lo, 53, and Ben, 50, said “I do,” again in front of loved ones at his country estate in Georgia.

However, friends say the entire ceremony was almost cancelled thanks to a lastminute dash to the hospital for Ben’s mum, Chris, who had a fall, along with a seemingly infinite list of other prewedding disasters.

“Whatever could go wrong, did,” says a source. “People began muttering among themselves that maybe this union is cursed – especially since they’d already failed to get off the ground when they were engaged in 2004.”

It’s little wonder then that the groom was spotted looking so exhausted once the festivities were over …

DIVA MELTDOWN

J.lo might have a diva reputation (she had three gown changes on the big day!), but insiders say she “took it to new levels”, adding that “there might not have been a wedding at all” if it weren’t for the calming influences of her sisters, Lynda and Leslie.
