THESE COLD-BLOODED CRIMINALS KILLED TO CASH IN
Murdered FOR MONEY

Former policeman Des Campbell appeared to be the grieving husband when he broke down and wept when police questioned him about his wife, Janet Fisicaro's, final moments.

But it was all for show, as he was soon exposed as a cold-blooded killer who pushed his spouse to her death as part of a plot to get his hands on her purse strings.

Janet was enamoured with Campbell from the moment they met in Deniliquin, NSW, in 2003. She described him as a "warm and caring romantic".

Behind her back, Campbell called his wife a "fat, ugly pig" who "wouldn't leave him alone".

Shortly after they secretly wed in 2004, Janet wrote Campbell into her will, putting both their names on a $660,000 property deed she had inherited from her first husband.

They had been married for six months when Campbell pushed Janet, 49, off a remote 54-metre cliff during a camping trip. He claimed she vanished after leaving their tent to relieve herself.

Campbell showed his true colours when, just days after his wife's death, the serial philanderer was found living it up at a five-star resort with one of a string of girlfriends.
