A Night of Indulgence

For one night only, Tatler and Allianz Malaysia presented Off Menu x Allianz Malaysia, an exclusive dinner featuring one-of-a-kind dishes crafted by the chefs of Pavilion Hotel and Banyan Tree. The theme of the night was "A Night of Enchantment", reflected in whimsical decorations that adorned Pavilion Hotel's courtyard, which was transformed for the evening. Guests arrived dressed beautifully in accordance to the theme and were served a variety of cocktails, wines, and punch. A selection of pre-dinner drinks were provided courtesy of Allianz Malaysia.

Chinese master chef Kenny Lee and dim sum chef Dino Lee of Jade Pavilion crafted a range of canapés that included crispy fried lychee dumplings, duck skin with beancurd, and fried abalone mushrooms, which were all a hit with the guests.
