These typically feature themed packaging adorned with traditional motifs such as dragons and cherry blossoms, or auspicious greetings. The offerings this year include collectible items, from artist collaborations to lipsticks housed in specially designed cases.
GUERLAIN
Guerlain pays tribute to the red dragon with a collection centred on its iconic Rouge G Luxurious Velvet lipstick. There are six shades available, each stamped with auspicious numbers to complete the collection. Each Rouge G is housed in a metallic case decorated with refined scales inspired by dragon skin. The star shade is No 9 Lucky Red, a new and highly pigmented matte red with a deep, slightly bluish tone. For a touch of extra fortune, go for the 888, which is a bold and deep burgundy red shade.
